Billing questions
How do I change the card on file?
Open the billing portal above and choose "Payment methods." Add the new card, set it as default, and remove the old one. The change takes effect on your next invoice.
Where do I find my invoices?
Every invoice is in the portal under "Invoice history," and each one is a downloadable PDF for your books. Receipts also land in your email the moment a payment clears.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Founding members keep their $25 rate on the Foundation plan for as long as the subscription stays active.
How do I cancel?
Cancel yourself in the portal once your six-month minimum is up. No call required, no retention runaround. Your domain is in your name, so it leaves with you.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Hosting stops at the end of your paid period. Your domain stays yours — it's registered in your name, not ours — and we'll hand over a copy of your site files if you ask.
